1. Do I need to have an account to order?

No, you can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account offers several perks:

4. Are there any exchange rates?

Our transactions are processed in US Dollars. If your card is in another currency, the total will be calculated based on the daily exchange rate used by your card issuer at the time of the transaction.

5. How do I set my shipping address?

As our system is based in English, please ensure all information is entered using English characters and punctuation. If your address contains non-English letters, we recommend using the closest English equivalent (e.g., change "à" to "a").

6. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Shipping addresses cannot be revised once an order has been processed or shipped. We strongly advise using a permanent residential address to avoid delivery issues.

7. How long does shipping take & how can I track my package?

Delivery time depends on the shipping option selected. Once shipped, we will email you a tracking number and link. Please note we are not responsible for delays caused by customs in your country.
